How many hours will I need to book?
This will depend on the size of your property and the services you require. Please get in touch for a personalised quote.

Is there a minimum number of hours required when booking?
In order to ensure a thorough clean, we require a minimum of 2 hours. The services completed in this time can be prioritised based on your preference.

How much is the cleaning service?
Our base rate is £17.50 per hour for a regular clean. Any additional services such as carpet cleans will incur extra charges. Please check the website for add-on service prices. For a one-off clean, please get in touch and we can provide a quote bespoke to you.

Do I have to be home during cleaning?
No, we have a key acknowledgement form that can be completed before handing over a key to your property. This allows us to make your home sparkle while you are out!

Do I have to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No, we supply all equipment and products required. However, if there are specific products you would like used in your home, we can use products supplied by you too!

Am I tied into a contract?
We do not require you to sign a fixed-term contract for cleaning services, however we do require 2 weeks notice for ending a regular clean agreement.

Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
Yes! We always visit new clients so you can get to know us and explain your requirements in person.
